Forget what you think you know about day retreats, yes there’ll be relaxation, but there’s so much more to it. The day has been built to help you develop personally and professionally as a result. Throughout the day you’ll have the opportunity to reset, recharge and learn through talks, workshops and practical activity.

Everything will be done at your own pace, allowing you to get involved in whichever activity you feel comfortable with. The day is underpinned by neuroscience and proven mental fitness tools, so you’ll leave with a greater understanding of yourself and how you tick, and effective tools that you can use in your day to day life moving forward.

Whilst this day will be a definite step-change for your work-self, it’s not about your role, the day is about you.
